Will Bowden is currently a Marketing Lead for Merck’s Women’s Health franchise in the US Market and a Lieutenant Commander in the US Coast Guard Reserve. He has been with Merck for 12 years, with an extensive background in sales, operations and marketing. He has been in the military for 20 years and is currently assigned to the US Pacific Command with the Coast Guard, with a focus on Northeast Asia. Will’s background has been a balance of law enforcement, military and business in Corporate America. Will is married with two daughters and lives in Delaware.
Ryan Haydu has earned advanced degrees which include a Master of Arts in Communication and a Master of Business Administration. He has an extensive background in business management, sales, training, analytics and leading teams. He also has experience teaching Effective Public Speaking at the college level, participated in Toastmasters and gives presentations on a routine basis. He loves spending time doing things with his wife and three daughters.
Dr. Ravi Kaizer Kamble is a practicing podiatrist in New York. Dr. Kamble enjoys teaching kids to think on their feet and speak “off the cuff” or extemporaneously. Dr. Kamble connects well with tweens because he has a young spirit himself! Dr. Kamble has been featured on the CBS Early Show, the Los Angeles Times, and Cosmopolitan magazine. When he is not seeing patients he is traveling with his wife and their two children, a 13 year-old son and 9 year-old daughter
Coach Tonya Baynes is an entrepreneur and Certified Life Coach specializing in shifting mindsets. That’s fancy for helping people think about things in a different way. She is a wife and mom of two crazy typical teenagers. She loves to build things, tell stories and travel the world. When she is not coaching or cooking, you can sometimes find her on stage at local theater, acting and singing her heart out
Mrs. Fraser-Johnson has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and is committed to community engagement through work with such organizations as Leadership Delaware and the Delaware Multiple Sclerosis Society. Passionate about leadership development, Bianca was a founding member and previous Co-Chair of the Delaware Chapter of LEAD For Women at Bank of America, for whom she developed the Professional Development Forum and annual Take the LEAD event. Bianca currently sits on the Advisory Board of Leadership Delaware and the Board of The Independence School. She graduated from Georgetown University, for whom she currently serves as an alumni interviewer.
